2017 January 21: 8th Annual Living with Cancer:  A Mayo Clinic Symposium for Cancer Patients and Their Loved Ones. Howe leads participants in a 90-minute, motivational and participatory exercise session:  “Exercise to Enhance Recovery.” Participants will receive a free exercise band and DVD of the Mayo Clinic R.E.S.T. (Rapid, Easy, Strength-Training) exercise program.  Session scheduled for 3:30 pm – 5 p.m.  JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Registration required.
